  • Which payment methods are available?

    The best way to pay is by bank transfer. I will supply details when I need paying. Alternatively, if you live locally and would like to collect your glass, you can pay by cash. PayPal may also be an option but, as a seller, I have to pay a fee for this, which you will need to cover if you want to use this method.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit?

    If your order is for a standard design that I produce, there usually is no need to pay a deposit. However, if you are ordering a lot of items or the design is being custom made for you, I may require a deposit to help cover the cost of buying the glass. This may be up to 50% of the cost in some cases, but will be agreed in advance.

  • When is payment due?

    Payment is due in full when your order is ready. If you can’t visit in person, I will send photos to check you’re happy with your glass beforehand. The cost of packaging and postage will be included if required. 


Orders & Shipping

  • Do you ship internationally?

    It may be possible to ship items internationally. Please contact me for an estimate of the cost. Also, bear in mind that glass is fragile and, even if it is wrapped carefully, it can be damaged in transit. This may be difficult to resolve with international shipping.

  • Can I track my order?

    I usually send orders out using Royal Mail second class signed for, which can be tracked. This includes insurance up to £50. Other methods may be used  if more insurance cover is needed.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    I will advise you how long your order is likely to take to produce in advance. Some designs take a few weeks, especially if I need to order glass in specially, or if your piece needs firing more than once. Sometimes I have a waiting list, which can affect order times.

    I usually send orders out using Royal Mail second class signed for, which generally takes 3 to 5 days. Other methods can be used if the order is required faster.

  • How can I change my order?

    I will discuss your design with you beforehand, making sure I know exactly what you want, and checking you understand what’s involved in making your glass, and how it’s likely to look when it’s finished. Hopefully, this will mean the order doesn’t need amending. Changes generally cannot be made to an order once I have started making it but, if please get in touch with me if you have any concerns and I’ll do my best to help you.


Exchanges & Returns

  • How can I exchange or return a product?

    Items are usually custom made and, therefore, cannot be exchanged or returned. Please get in touch with me if you aren’t happy with your item or if it has been damaged in transit, and I will do my best to resolve the problem.
